Just wait until I start rendering benches at z10 and trees at z8!

(If anyone cares, it used to be that all of europe was only available
till z13 (z14 in the UK, urban areas were z15/z16) - so things that
are important in rural areas had to show up at amusing zoom levels.
I've yet to really get round to fixing that!)
