[OSM-talk] why does mapnik not display my circles?

allow_overlap="true" did not work - I tried 'generate_image.py' and got my 
circles. So mapnik knows they are there. Putting it in an open area also did 
not work. I noticed that 'generate_image.py' also was leaving out a bunch of 
things. "clear_label_cache is next.
