Looks like he's done a fairly decent job. For those who don't know RTK
gives you post-processing quality results in real time.
For this board his documentation states around 2.5cm accuracy for XY,
which is comparable to L1 survey grade receivers - although note that he
is using a decent (Novatel 702GG) antenna. Most consumer grade patch
antennas will not perform nearly as well.
It's not mentioned, but this sort of receiver coupled with a VRS (which
would keep baseline lenght nice and small) could be rather cool.
