For ways, in Potlatch, just press B (short for "Background tag") and it'll
add the source tag corresponding to the currently selected background;
source=Yahoo, source=NPE, etc.

IIRC one of the reasons changesets can have arbitrary tags is that, at the
time, I said "it'd be good to use this for source tagging...". But actually
I've changed my mind a bit - because very often you use more than one source
in a changeset. In one given session I'll typically do, say, 65% from GPS,
30% from NPE and 5% from local knowledge.
