The keepers of that database have to follow the local laws about database.
I'm sure that UK has similar laws protecting their military secrets. Next
question is what is legally allowed about revealing in UK what is not in a
foreign country. Here, it depends on international agreements and diplomacy,
points that are far above our heads.
