In England (and GB English is the choice language for OSM tags) we call them
shopping trolleys, or trolleys. The wiki proposal page from the start has
had the other regional names (cart and caddie) listed and I think this
should be what is needed.
I have seen ride on trains in shops (well shopping centres/malls) but they
weren't on tracks.
