I'm not sure transferring accounts is aspirational but nobody asked me.

I know that we count on users being reachable should discussion of
their edits be helpful.  Does this seem like a reasonable expectation?

So, if you must transfer accounts for some reason, please be sure to
update the email so that questions / comments get to the right place.
