Ok, it doesn't capture the fact the shop only rents, and doesn't sell
bikes, but meh. It probably sells accessories.

When the business of renting is really distinct from the business of
selling, I'd propose:
(or whatever we currently use)

A shop that rents rather than sells is not really a fundamental
distinction to me, and there will frequently be a lot of overlap. Ski
hire places often sell skis. etc. etc.

I'd also reiterate my point made long ago that OSM is a terrible place
to try and maintain up to date information about businesses. Beyond
basic "amenity=cafe" type stuff, we should leave that job to someone
