Thanks a lot, Lennard and Pavithran!

This might be useful for everybody doing some HOT rapid mapping and 
subsequently hopefully humanitarian staff for the region of Pakistan.

* There seem to be plenty of intermittent rivers / wadis [see links 
below] I'd like to tag.
natural=scree seems to be the most suitable tag, but unfortunately our 
most common renderers do not interpret that tag. Displaying some gravel 
pattern was great.

* Mapnik does not render embankment=yes. Important highways / railways 
are embossed and probably above the water surface.

* embankment=yes was also interesting for landuse= areas to accumulate 
neighbouring highway lanes etc.
