[OSM-talk] NOTICE: Scheduled Maintenance - Tuesday Morning

Shutting the server down, installing the new memory, bringing the system up to maintenance mode, running tests to make sure the new memory is working properly, bringing the system up to normal mode, and making sure that all of the processes are running OK can easily take 90 minutes.
