[OSM-talk] Explicit tagging of name language

Judging from the examples cited in the thread, such as Scotland being tagged in both English and French, we aren't limited to just names in the country's official languages.  French is not an official language in Scotland.

Yes but by chance only one official "name" for all places. Which is not the case in some other countries.
