[OSM-talk] open.mapquest.com launched for the US

What makes you think this is an extract? Did you try scrolling over to Europe?

Also the .com domain is only the latest one to be rolled out. These
sites have all been online for several months already:

http://open.mapquest.fr/
http://open.mapquest.de/

And I think 5 others.
