But today it is not supported by any routing engine I know of.
Even the Garmin file format created by the mkgmap tool cant't handle
this today.

I would put a relation

type=restriction
restriction=no_left_turn

with the traditional from-via-to members

In this manner, you will be able to create today fully working
routable maps.
