Mapzen POI Collector is best iPhone app for adding POIs to OSM map. If 
you have an iPhone then this free app from Cloudmade is a must!

Of course it is not perfect so if you have any suggestions for new 
features, POI types or you have found some bugs feel free to report them 
here: http://developers.cloudmade.com/projects/mapzen/issues
