The Same Problem arises with Landuses:
<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=49.7738&lon=8.1225&zoom=14>

shows the name "Albig" three times: once for the train station, once for 
the city node and once for the landuse.

How should this be fixed? Remove the name from the landuse?
