[OSM-talk] Haiti field reqs : Port au Prince Search And Rescue sectors shapefile for import in osm

I'm re-uploading the SAR zones. They should show in the map and the Garmin 
files in a few minutes.


Please keep in mind that the original data has lots of artifacts: duplicated 
and triplicated boundaries may show up. I'll see if I can do anything about 
that.
