Seems URISA and GISCorps are forming a small team of volunteers for the UN 
office in NYC.

GISCorps have quit a lot of experience in building GIS infrastructure for 
disaster management and organizing volunteer work. They did a great, great work 
with the hurricane Katrina Relief Mission and I think they've already learned 
lots of lessons.
