Create a camp ONCE with those tags:

  source=Google, 2010-01-17
  tourism=camp_site
  refugee=yes

the press CTRL+SHIFT+[selct-a-number-from-1-9]

At other campsites you then can select the are and press

  SHIFT+[select-the-number-from-1-9-chosen-above]

to set the tags there
