[OSM-talk] We need better docs on installing Haiti Garmin maps + a MapSource installer

http://garmin.na1400.info/routable.php doesn't have the infrastructure
to do 5 minute updates like Geofabrik has been doing.

If Geofabrik would add the --nsis parameter to Mkgmap commandline in the
step where they generate the gmapsupp.img then the installer would be
generated as well. This works on Windows and Linux and does not need any
additional dependencies (well, maybe NSIS is required. Not really sure
about that). A --family-id parameter must also be provided.

I have the following parameters on the Mkgmap commandline in the final
(map combining) step:
--index
--overview-mapname=63240000
--series-name='OSM World Routable'
--latin1
--description='OSM World Routable'
--product-id=3
--family-id=2000
--tdbfile
--nsis
--gmapsupp *324*.img

Hope this helps.
