[OSM-talk] help.osm.org still buggy

I posted a question:

But I can't view it. Apparently others have been able to respond and
downvote it, but when I go to the above URL I get:

500 Server Error
sorry, system error

system error log is recorded, error will be fixed as soon as possible
please report the error to the site administrators if you wish
