Actually if this thread was not pushed onto talk most people wouldn't have 
noticed this change at all until stuff didn't work anymore. Most people don't 
have the time to follow all the mammoth threads on tagging. And "nobody" puts 
all Key: and Tag: pages in his wiki watchlist.
