And it would be ideal to have either the original reporter or some 
intermediary classify the bugs into categories along your 1/2/3 lines, 
because a lot of "bugs" have nothing to do with what's on the ground 
(but rather with how what's there should be tagged) - no need to clutter 
your display with them when you are outside. Other bugs require checking 
things on the ground, so they are useless to display in your editor at 
home. Etc.
