No, it is a tree.. and if you mean a little more down, it is a bell... but
hey, what is this strange object on the pole that is dominating the view?!

Just kidding, must be sunday. I must say I never saw such a device before
;-) but since you haven't recieved any real responses I just wanted to say
that at least I noticed your post.
