in the case of a real Italian "gelateria" it will not just be a place
retailing ice-cream but also elaborately producing it and often
offering seats for consumation. I'd also prefer another tag than
amenity for all food/beverage producing and selling features (like
cafes, restaurants, fast_food, pubs, bakeries, butchers, ...) e.g.
food, but I guess that's too late now. Still I'd consider the position
of ice_cream parlours mostly useful and sometimes important.
