Maybe we should work over tags like shop=* and amenity=*.

amenity is used for too many diffrent things, and shop=* is getting confusing.
I tend to split this in some subsystem. There are different shops for selling
all kinds of things but is a shop=laundry with self_service=yes really a shop ?
and what is about a carpenter or a lawyer for example ?

We should either introduces tags like craft_shop/services/office for example
