* photo editing in JOSM, it was only after seeing a demo by Chris Fleming that I found out how to do it
* Shift+drag to zoom the map
* What's that little blue + in the top right (I'm curious enough, but most people I've come across don't know about it being able to ).
* A lot of users I've come across don't know about or understand why connectivity is important. Once routing is pointed out to them, they quickly learn and fix the data.
