Just to clarify, because the word "contactor" is a bit unclear here: The German
non-profit FOSSGIS e.V. signed the agreement with Aerowest on behalf of the OSM
community, because Aerowest required some legal entity to do that. FOSSGIS also
host the images on one of its servers.
