FYI,
the UN-Habitat  project has hired a gis expert and will be starting to map
the area of dragash kosovo.
This is a great project that OSM will benefit from, QGIS and opensource gis
in general.

the Dragash project is entering into the hot phase.  Some items:

- Michal, our GIS expert from Poland will arrive in Kosovo on Friday

- In order to welcome him and to prepare an imminent pilot exercice in the
village of Brod, I would need the best possible "walking map" of Brod ASAP.
 Who could produce this from web sources ?  Who would be interested in going
there this weekend in order to do a GPS run through the village ?

- are there candidates for an employment in april and may for GIS
dataprocessing (process paper maps, walking maps and statistical data)

- who has a collection of opensource or not expensive good quality satellite
pictures of Dragash ?
