i see that. it's possible that a change was made in the wiki after i 
looked at the page, but
figuring out if that's true is not really worth the time. mph it is.

in looking at the maxspeed page, i see that in going from mph to km/h, 
rounding is always
down. can someone speak to why that choice was made?
