This isn't so much a request for RHoK but HOT or maybe this is the same thing.

I previously noticed an earth quake in the last week or so and wasn't
sure who to contact about it to let them know that is if they didn't
already know, it'd be nice to have a bug site I guess of open/ongoing
events, events that aren't deemed suitable and past events that were
accepted.
