[OSM-talk] Church building rendering bug?

The buildings below highway-areas is IMHO a mapnik bug, but one by
decision. Otherwise streets end under buildings in lower zoom levels
or densely built up areas. IMHO not a problem, but for some people it
was, that's why the rendering order was changed. Beside some edge
cases (bridge-buildings above a way) this is not a big issue (well, it
is a little bit ugly in cases where the buildings are cut by the
streets, do to over-scaling streets in general, but that is the
decision of the map maker in favour of readability).

Anyway, it will render right in mapnik as well when mapped correctly
(multipolygon). Move the tags from the area to the relation, apply
role outer to the way and inner to the building, it's simple.
