Let's leave areal imagery out for the moment. Although if, lets say,
half the country is mapped from outside "armchair" mappers through
tracing, it would probably be similar.

I am flexible there. But I had in mind counting something such as a city
wide import, all regional roads, land areas, borders, or things like
that "substantial".

No, I am not
or are you just trying to paint a hypothetical "OSM without

Yes, more or less. Given that some people seem to be strongly arguing
that the use of third party data is "crap", "mindless" and "harmful", I
would like to get a feel for how "bad" the situation is and where there
are still "happy, undisturbed" communities left
