same thing - that's the way they spelt it on the board. Anyway it is now
closed and sold (and when the new owner removes the board this will go).
Indian spelling (in our languages) is phonetic - this tends to reflect
in the English on signboards. There is the famous case of Hamilton
bridge in Chennai. The Tamil rendering was Ambaltan bridge - which over
the course of time became Ambattan bridge and since 'Ambattan' in Tamil
is a barber, it is now known as Barbers bridge.

Anyway you would be glad to know that google has spelt Naturopathy
correctly ;-)
