[OSM-talk] Real time editing visualization

Something I've talked about wanting for a while is some way for the
renderer to communicate with the client, that way if there'd a change,
the client can be notified and appropriate tiles refreshed during
session.

The issue there is there's no current mechanism for the renderer to
talk to the client, but this seems like an "easy solution".
