[OSM-talk] Analyse a changeset

I believe deletions are always listed before additions/edits. So
looking at the last page of both nodes and ways shows nothing but
deletions on that changeset. I would definitely revert it. Just be
careful that your revert doesn't crash like the original changeset
did...
