I'm thinking about all users & what's good for OSM.
Any error report should go into the OSM database in the form of fixme &
notes so that *all* Checkers can flag it up & someone who's directly
editing it can then remove it when corrected. Many 'Bugs's flags don't
get removed as isn't a direct link.
