If the name is still in Arabic, but Arabic written with the Latin alphabet,
then name:ar at Latin would be correct.  (There may be some more precise
specification of exactly which romanization scheme you use - see the 120
different Latin spellings of 'Gadaffi' - but just ar at Latin would probably be
enough.)

If the name is like 'Tripoli', a non-Arabic name, then name:en (plus in this case
name:it) or int_name would be appropriate.
