I just love it when my tomtom gets confused when there is one of the quite 
regular errors in a route and I go the physical path while it is telling me to 
'turn left' off the bridge and straight onto the motorway below. Even paid for 
data has many holes in it :(

Elevation is a critical element and HAS to be respected. two nodes may well be 
at the same coordinates, but they are NOT necessarily the same point ....
