Thanks! That does about half the job. My ideal tool would:

a) Allow you to edit multiple objects at once (perhaps:
http://rawedit.openstreetmap.fr/edit/relation/131752&50577&16530)
b) Only show tags
c) Show it in table form

Still, definitely one to remember.
