No, and why should it?
You would still be using resources provided by the OSMF (or the
community if you want to put it that way) and are refusing to agree to
the terms (rather lax and definitely not unreasonable, I may add) that
are required for further participation in the project and replace the
previous rather fuzzy and implicit ones.

PS: yes I know you have this view that you never entered an agreement
with anybody and so on and so on and so on....
