If the proxy, and other tools like keepright, gives interfaces to
patroll the POIs, let's say having "osmadd" as last user, it would
increase managing such osm access.

If a boot follows the added POIs and improves filters (baysian... ) on
what appends to the POIs (moved, tags tranfered to an area, deleted...)
for the scrapper... See http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utilisateur:Salebot

Or some other examples :
"@osmadd Bar de l'U #bar http://osm.org/go/0CUk0xTy0--",
"@osmadd My Bakery #bakery http://osm.org/go/0CUmREabt--",
"@osmadd My Bedroom #hotel http://osm.org/go/0CUmRENJw--",
"@osmadd #parking http://osm.org/go/0CUkZyJRh--"
"@osmadd #drinking_water http://osm.org/go/0CUk04eNB--"

"@osmadd #!parking http://osm.org/go/0CUk5GGnR--" (should not delete
automaticaly, but add to osmbugs !)
