[OSM-talk] Incorrect user when opening Open StreetMap

same thing today
when i start openstreetmap.org i am automaticly logged in as another user 
robotnik, and the language is german
if i logg out and then log in with my user LiFo everything seams to be ok

I have rolled everything back to the previous version of the code now
which should have resolved the problems.

Please let me know if you see anything odd.
