Sounds like a neat idea but I'm not aware of where such reports are
stored.  I hope that their reporting method allows the respondents
from the OSM community to contact the original reporter.  That would
enable further clarification to improve the data when an initial
report is ambiguous.  In my experience initial reports are ambiguous
to one degree or another.
