The city only has roads and a few railway stations. I suggest concentrating
on biggest amenities, like hotels, hospitals, embassies, shopping centers..

And try to find out what these motorway
junctions<http://www.openstreetmap.org/?node=1358194906>actually are.
If my 5 minute google research is right, those are suburbs.
