[OSM-talk] Wiki maintenance tasks

I'd add that it's an opportunity to empty the Proposals page accepting the
de facto standards (thus transforming into tag pages, last tag I used from
the proposals is highway=elevator for instance), and discussing (healthcare
proposals!) or deprecating the others. :)
It's a Tagging list task but concerns wiki!
