Very interesting info. I will be checking the videos soon.

Remember my app should work offline, so it can't query webservices.

I've found posts like these:

and it seems to be possible to find the close locations to certain point
doing some trignometry (my math is not that great though) .

The thing is I'm developing my app with Rhomobile, which uses sqlite as
database backend, and it doesn't support that math.

Do you think there's another way to do this?
