[OSM-talk] Anouncing green light optimal speed advisory

hello,

I developed an OSM based app on which big companys worked for years, e.g.
volkswagen 1984, audi's travolution 2005-2008 and currently DLR (deutsches 
zentrum für luft- und raumfahrt).
this application is called green light optimal speed advisory GLOSA and red 
light duration advisory RLDA.
and the best of all is that it's cheap and globally applicable.

now it's almost ready to use. the timing part of the data base is empty. but 
no problem, an interface is also provided by this app. 

you are welcome to test it, give feedback, ask questions or what ever right
