[OSM-talk] Naming disputes in Ukraine

Name would simply become a formatting string, a place holder containing iso abbreviations. Ar/he would mean Arabic goes first (So on the right side. That's with 2 RTL languages.

If there is an LTR and an RTL, that respective order probably makes most sense.

White space always gets a little tricky, but 'displaying' a list of names is a 
rendering problem, so mapping xx^yy ( or what ever ) to name:xx - name:yy would 
be conversion problem anyway, and may involve RTL conversion as well ... what 
does one do with a pair of names with reverse directions?
