[OSM-talk] Icons

I think the fantasy is to have a basic icon available for every recognized
tag.  For custom renders there will always be a need for custom or
different icons but I was hoping that we could evolve a basic set that
covered tags in the existing map.

Yes end users could always use JOSM and look at the tags but to be kinder
to them to let them see what is in the map a basic icon would be useful.

In other words fill the gaps.
