[OSM-talk] Edit review: ele=0

[Worst Fixer]

Hello.

Most of ele=0.0|0|0.00000000000 tags were produced by bad import scripts or
automatical GPS track conversion software.

I propose removal not all ele=0.0|0|0.00000000000. All that had source:ele
tag were preserved.
